Working with you
At CWEST we are survey experts first and technologists second; we’ll work with you to quickly define what is needed and help you understand what is involved in using technology to deliver cleaner, faster data ; then we’ll deliver it.
We have defined internal processes based on years of experience to ensure we capture the nuances of your survey and local constraints (e.g. splitting of questionnaires between gendered interviewers, complex validation, stratified and cross-indexed instruments and clusters, communication links to the field ...).
We’ll then come up with a range of options to suit your timing, field expertise and how much you want to be involved in the definition and delivery of your survey. We’ll also help you choose the best equipment solutions and train you in their use in the field.
We’ll then put your survey, validation rules, supervisor processes, known data (previous panel data, listing data already conducted before partnering with us etc.) on to the appropriate technology, train you in its use and support you in your survey delivery as necessary (we’ll even join you in the field if you’d like us to help and support you there).
